Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is handcrafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Eligible requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery by emailing support@silklotus.com with your order ID, photographs of the defect, and details.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for return eligibility.
Refunds

Upon approval of your return request, you may choose between:

A replacement of the defective product (subject to availability), or

A full refund to your original mode of payment.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
