Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • As each piece is handcrafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Eligible requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery by emailing support@silklotus.com with your order ID, photographs of the defect, and details.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for return eligibility.

Refunds

  • Upon approval of your return request, you may choose between:

    • A replacement of the defective product (subject to availability), or

    • A full refund to your original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
