When you place an order, our artisans begin creating your garment just for you. This process helps us avoid overproduction and ensures every piece is crafted with care. Because of this, dispatch timelines are 10–15 business days.

We currently ship all over India. International shipping will be introduced soon. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.

Because each piece is handcrafted specially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged. If you face an issue, please write to us at support@silklotus.com within 10 days of delivery with your order ID and photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, we do. At Silk Lotus, we understand that every woman’s style is unique. We currently offer color, length, and sleeve-type customizations on select designs.

• Customizations are available on request and carry a minimal fee of ₹150.

Each garment comes with detailed wash care instructions. As a general rule:

• Prefer gentle hand wash or dry clean for longevity.
• Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight drying.
• Store in a cool, dry place. This helps your garment stay beautiful for years.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can also log in to your account on www.thesilklotus.com to check your order status.
